Burt Brothers Tire & Service

Went in for an oil change, came out wondering if Jeff and Clayton do adoptions, because at this point I basically consider myself part of the family. These two are so personable it should honestly be illegal. Service was fast, the vibes were immaculate, and I’m pretty sure Clayton could sell a rock a warranty and I’d thank him for it. Turns out it’s not the name on the building that makes a shop great, it’s the humans running around inside it, and Burt Brothers hit the jackpot with these two. If you’re in Provo and your car needs love, go find Jeff and Clayton. Ten out of ten, would get another oil change just to hang out with them again.

I recently purchased new tires from Burt Brothers and was told that my vehicle needed a camber bolt replaced. Before scheduling the repair, we decided to shop around and get a few quotes. We found another auto shop that offered a better price, but when we took the vehicle in, they explained that the repair couldn’t even be performed because the vehicle does not require a camber bolt. They told us there was no camber bolt to replace. This was frustrating because we were quoted for a repair that another shop said was unnecessary. It made us question the accuracy of the inspection and recommendations we received. While the tire installation was fine, this experience left us with concerns about being advised to pay for work that didn’t need to be done.

A couple years ago, I returned from an overseas trip to find a tire on my car completely flat. I filled it the best I could and limped to the nearest tire shop. It happened to be the Burt Brothers in Sandy, UT that was open for just a few last minutes. But they stayed and got me taken care of so that could make my long drive home safely. Because of their service that day, I will go out of my way to go find a Burt Brothers Tire. And I’ve found that their other shops are just as wonderful! They are efficient, competent and service oriented. But more than that, they are honest. This clearly represents a corporate culture - and is a rarity in the automotive space. Well done!

Burt’s is friendly, efficient and honest. They were so willing to explain issues and answer all my questions thoroughly before making any decisions. I’m so happy I found them and plan to return for my car needs. I recommend them :)

I cannot speak highly enough of the service I receive at this specific Burt brothers location. Sadly they are not all equal. These guys always are honest treat me fairly and give all of the information needed for me as the customer to make an educated decision on what service in needed. To share a bit into my situation I had a couple major leaks coming from my coolant lines, valve gaskets, and valve cover. They performed the work as needed and did so in a timely manner. Sadly a day later I did have my hose pop off going to the water pump. Coolant went everywhere. I returned to the shop after the weekend and they happily looked back over all the work they had performed ensured that the clamp on the hose was placed correctly and did there best to clean my serpentine belt so it did not squeak. They told me to come back anytime if I need anything.
